The fee associated with my firm’s work is a function of two elements. One is the level of expertise required to perform the work requested. The second is the amount of time which is needed to do the work. We strive to perform the job you retain us to do as timely, cost effectively and professionally as possible. In most cases, we can give an exact price quote or a quote within a narrow range for a particular task.
TAX PREPARATION AND INDIVIDUAL SERVICES
- 1040 Personal taxes, California taxes and all out of state returns. We also prepare amended returns. We will help individuals get caught up on back taxes and respond to IRS and FTB inquiries. We provide audit representation for clients if needed. We electronically file tax returns and direct deposit your refunds directly into your bank account at no additional cost.
- 1120-S and 1120 Corporate tax returns.
- 1065 LLC’s, LLP’s and Partnership returns.
- 1041 Trust returns.
- Tax and financial planning. We do not sell stocks, bonds, mutual funds or partnerships of any sort.
- 1031 Exchange advice and consulting services for individuals and businesses.
BUSINESS OWNER SERVICES
- Payroll taxes and sales taxes for business owners.
- Financial statement preparation on a monthly or quarterly basis including QuickBooks.
- Advice and consulting about building a business.
